Grace in my approach. Power in my negotiations. And contracts? Consider them handled.
As the daughter of immigrants, I was raised to understand the importance of hard work, integrity, and looking out for the people who trust you. That’s why I treat every client like family I’m responsible for.
That means plain-English answers, strategic negotiations, and honesty, even when it’s not what you hoped to hear.
I specialize in military moves, first-time homebuyers, new construction, and cross-country relocations, including remote transactions. I understand the financing, I know the paperwork, and I know Hampton Roads.
But more importantly, I understand that buying or selling a home isn’t just another transaction. It’s a major chapter in someone’s life, and I don’t take the responsibility of being part of that lightly.

- —VA loans can mean no down payment, and seller concessions can cover a lot of your closing costs.
- —Not here yet? I'll tour by video, and we can sign and close remotely.

What I actually did for the client.
- Appraisal
The appraisal came in low. I filed the appeal and we won it. Three times this year.
- Cash to close
Fifteen-plus buyers closed with nothing out of pocket, and most got money back at the table.
- Remote
Five homes sold in 30 days this September. Three of those buyers closed from out of state.
Sold in all seven.
Tap a city for the quick version. Commutes, bases, tunnels and flood zones are the conversation we'll have next.
Virginia Beach
The oceanfront, Sandbridge and Chic's Beach, plus NAS Oceana and Dam Neck. Huge range, from condos to waterfront estates.

The questions I get every week in my DMs. Every deal is different, so book a consult for yours.
Often, yes. VA loans don't require a down payment, and some other programs keep it very low. Closing costs can be covered by seller concessions or lender credits we negotiate into the offer. Your earnest money is usually credited back at closing. It depends on your loan and the deal, and that's exactly what we map out in the consult.
Let's get you home.
Tell me a little about your move. I'll reach out myself to set up a real conversation.
